• 25% deposit required at time of booking.
• Free cancellation/modification 48 hours prior to check-in time (16:00).
• A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
• Balance to be paid at the property.
• Full payment required at time of check-in.
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check-in to guarantee your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Package available all year round, although some date exclusions may apply.
• Package price is based on two people sharing one double or twin room on a bed and breakfast basis for two nights.
• Dinner allowance of £45.00 per person on the first night of your stay.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account.
• Breakfast is based on a choice of dishes from our standard breakfast menu per person, per night.
• One bottle of Prosecco will be provided in your room on check-in at the hotel.
• The sweet treat supplied to your room on arrival may vary subject to seasonal availability of ingredients.
• Complimentary late check-out at 12:00 is included.
• Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
